About the Role As the Care Manager, you'll thrive being on the floor, providing hands-on, high-quality nursing care while supporting and developing your team. Working closely with the Clinical and General Managers, you'll ensure exceptional standards of care and compliance, while supporting a warm, inclusive, and empowering culture for residents and staff alike.
